Dirt Path

Health has never been simple for me, and honestly, that's what makes me passionate about helping others navigate it.

For decades, my body kept telling me something was off: digestive issues that started in childhood, three years of chronic digestive trouble living in Italy that got worse when I came back to the U.S., crushing fatigue as a mom of two, and brain fog that arrived with perimenopause. Doctors ran labs, told me the numbers looked fine, and suggested I watch my salt or try acupuncture. None of it explained why I felt so unwell.

The answers finally came when a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner ran functional testing: a Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus (GI-MAP) stool test and a Mediator Release Test (MRT) food sensitivity panel, uncovering candida, H. pylori, and a leaky gut quietly driving everything. Standard bloodwork had never caught any of it. I completed my own HTMA testing as the next layer, and the targeted mineral support in a custom Vykon blend turned out to be a meaningful piece of my recovery. That gap between “normal labs” and how I actually felt is exactly why I do this work.

This isn't my first career. I have an MBA in sustainable management and spent years researching the environmental and social practices of public companies, work that trained me to look past a tidy number and find what was actually driving it. That's the same instinct I bring to your health, just applied to a body instead of a balance sheet.

Today, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Health Practitioner (Level 1, Level 2 in December 2026), I specialize in 1:1 work with busy moms running on empty, adults struggling with gut and digestive issues looking to reclaim their energy, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and clients on GLP-1 medications who want to protect muscle, replenish nutrients, and build results that last.

If you've been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told your labs look fine when you know they don't tell the whole story, I see you. And I know exactly where to start.
