Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This policy explains what information Holly Coleman Wellness collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, email me, and I'll answer plainly.
What I collect
When you fill out the Discovery Call form, I collect your first name, last name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. That last one often includes information about your health, because that's what the question asks for. Share only what you're comfortable sharing at this stage.
When you sign up for a download or for Holly's Notes, I collect your email address.
When you become a client, I collect considerably more: intake forms, health history, and functional lab results. That information is covered by the agreement you sign at the start of your program, not by this policy.
Like most websites, this one also automatically collects basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visited. This is aggregate traffic data. It does not identify you personally.
What I do with it
Contact form information is used to reply to you and to prepare for our call. Nothing else.
Email addresses are used to send the download you asked for and, if you signed up for it, Holly's Notes. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. I don't sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with anyone.
I don't run advertising on this site, and I don't share your information with advertisers.
Who else touches your information
A few service providers handle data on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:
Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes form submissions
MailerLite, which stores email addresses and sends newsletters
Payment and scheduling tools used with active clients
If you order supplements through Fullscript, you're creating an account with Fullscript directly, and their privacy policy governs that relationship. I can see what you've ordered through my dispensary. I can't see your payment details.
Some links on this site may earn me a small commission. That never affects what I recommend, and it doesn't give the linked company any information about you beyond the fact that you arrived from my site.
How long I keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they're useful, and deleted on request. Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. Client records are kept as required for professional practice records, which is longer.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Exercising any of these costs you nothing, and I won't treat you differently for asking.
To make any of these requests, email me at holly@hollyforhealth.com.
Children
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. I do work with teenage clients, always with a parent or guardian involved, and that information is handled through the client agreement rather than this website.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information I hold, and the services I use maintain their own safeguards. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive medical details through a web form or ordinary email. We'll set up a secure way to share that once we're working together.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
